Sometimes, not all the necessary information is transmitted to the third-party bank. Therefore, please clearly instruct your bank to include the following data with the transfer:
STAR Number, Name dedicated to the Star (Example: STAR 155919, Pamela Eggar)
Payer name and address (Example: JOHN SMITH, LONGDRIVE 15, ED5 6V8 LONDON)
Your Email (Example: johnsmith@gmail.com or johnsmith(at)gmail.com)
To expedite the process you can send a copy of your Bank transfer to customer@googlemystar.com, you will recive the Customized Certificate and the star pubblication within 36 hours
